Free in base packages.
But airtel started chargging for most dd channels like d2h,ts for pure a-la-carte packs.

can't say about govt. official.But as per my knowledge ts,d2h,airtel charing 5rs for some dd channel.

True.. But on ministry of information and broadcasting site there is a pdf where it was mentioned clearly to carry all DD channels in full screen mode and provide customers irrespective of there base pack...
