Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that the Channel Number of the channels mentioned in table below are being changed . The change will happen tonight.
Due to this activity, you might experience "Technical Error" OR "No Signal" error message on some of these channels. Through some simple steps, the issue can be resolved easily at home.
Please switch off the box from main power supply and switch it on again. Switch to channel no. 100 Leave the box on channel no. 100 for 5 minutes. Now switch to channel where you had noticed the error, it would be resolved automatically. Please ensure that you check the channels on the new channel no. mentioned in the table below.
If the issue persists, please check if there is a RESET button on the back panel of the Set Top Box and follow below steps(if the color of your box is white, you will find a small RESET button on the back panel)
RESET button is available on the back panel of the Set Top Box
Please press the RESET buttonThe box will automatically switch off and switch on itself in sometime. Issue will be resolved once the procedure is complete
