Vijay Super was launched as a 2nd Gec which telecasts movies and old vijay tv shows.If you meant a relaunching as 2nd gec by including fresh contents but it is difficult now, because Vijay TV itself fighting with tooth and nail to stay strong in the market.Even Star's market leader channels Star Maa and Asianet failed to manage 2nd Gecs.
As Star Gold brings dubbed marvel movies, Also as per a news report shared here I think Vijay Super will telecast more Hollywood dubbed movies(currently very few).Earlier Sun TV had showed a lot of popular Hollywood movies.

Since Vijay had limited tamil movie library (compared to KTV) inorder to cop up as a complete movie channel they have to include dubbed movies also. Otherwise high repeatation will occur. Already Star Vijay is famous as 'Repeat King' and now they are slowly rectifying it by improving movie count.
