Self care - My package is not working for me for last two days.
I want to add and delete chota packages. I also sent a mail but no response.
If I call it takes minimum Rs 10 from my BSNL mobile.
What to do? Anyone is having the same problem?
Also, self-care is not working more than 2-3 weeks, i.e, we cannot add/delete channels/package. Some problem from their end which they are not even looking at.
I have been struggling to change change my package to new south package. However no luck yet. I think Airtel is not caring the old customers. The packages are still available only for new connections. For old customers its better to switch to D2H for availing all south channels at a reasonable monthly price.
