Good News New software version

Guys since the STB and remote s/w update the remote has started behaving weird:

1. the home button is not working (its replication tge function of back button which is next to it)
2. the 'o' button which used to open the Android OS is not working.
3. The power button for tv and stb are now merged onto one button i.e. the stb power on/off button

Also the remote s/w update check is also not available in the settings.

Anyone facing something similar and does anyone has any suggestion?

None of the issues faced by me bro. But i remember i had received remote software update twice.
Since then, its working smoothly. Try to reset the stb once..

Guys, I can able to record multiple channels, and also able to record one channel and watch another channel at same time. Is this enabled in new software update? Or existing one?

Yes, I can able to record multiple channels when I record using cloud storage. If I record using USB I can't change/record multiple channels.

Channels with cloud Recording Facility already have Catup-up feature. So, there's no point of recording those channels.

Aproxx ~ 110 channels have cloud Recording feature. You can easily find those channels by looking at the Cloud symbol on EPG bar.
