Mega special pack showing ad in mega tv that three channels like mega tv ,mega 24,mega music all channels are only 3.60 Rs.but airtel not showing the mega network bouqout ?

In suggestive packs we don't need to pay NCF separately, it's either included in it or it is NCF free.
If NCF is included in the pack then they're not calculating the original MRP instead calculating after applying their discount.

Airtel is not providing the packs willingly. They are forced to do so by TRAI & broadcaster.
You should replace the word 'airtel' with 'broadcaster' in your post.
