that TP (3894H) is one of the weakest TPs of IS17. another weak TP is 3876H. both these TPs are full of channels uplinked from IndiaSign teleport. many test channels are coming and vanishing in these TPS.

since the SVBC channel is on 83E, the newly license issued SVBC 2 also be most likely be launched in that Sat only.  (moreover, that 3767H tp on 83E has no other channel other than the SVBC 1 )
