Assam based television broadcaster Pride East Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. is planning to launch a Bengali news channel News Live Bangla, named after it's Assamese news channel News Live.
The broadcasting company has recently got licence from Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for launching of the Bengali news channel.

Yes, but I think from Indradhanu they are not making any profits as the channel not getting any advertisement or sponsors.

I think they'll launch a news channel for odisha too. Earlier they had planned for News Live Odisha.

It has limited repetitive library. They are airing Hindi movies which are available for other fta channels too.
