Why is it headquartered in Noida though? Probably the only Marathi News Organization (after BBC Marathi) to have a headquarter out of MH.

Because the channel will be For two states maharastra and Goa. After launching of the channel they will go for Rajasthan and Bihar Jharkhand channels as well.
