Why all u say good move? one channel go to active section "this is good". how, i don't understand
ur logic. news time assam like by assamies.

if d2h add khabor 365 without moved News Time Assam to East Active then it will be good.

According TRAI DTH Regulation, DTH operator must add another channel of same lang/genre has to be added if they remove a channel.

To bypass this and to save bandwidth and/or to add more popular channels, DTH operator move a channel to Active Window.

Channel is there but of almost no use of it on Active Window.
