I doubt, they can add rox hd widout new tps.

they have only one way to add new channels with out new tps. i.e incresing of symbol rate of 4 tps which are having below 32700 s/r when compared to remaing 8 tps. 11480 V 28800
11480 H 29000

11520 V 30000
11640 H 30000.

lets wait and see may they will change s/r of these tps.
