Its another way to told agreement renewals to broadcaster otherwise use before scroll method.. i told that scroll is in middle of the channel.. its iritating to see that channel

Definitely it will make feel irritatin.. but these kind of things happens when channel dont respects contract.. they crosses renewal date but still don't pay..

Its similarly like when customer crosses switch off date..Dishtv gives pay later option & if customer still don't pay then VC DEACTIVATED appears..

dishtv dth Company coming soon closing to tamilnadu state..all tamil customers changing your dth company..Dishtv continusly removed one by one tamil channels..
