No clear Info about HD Packages on airtel website

Dear Team,

This is very difficult to understand about HD monthly Packages from airtel cc.

They have 2HD,7HD,10HD,19HD and 23HD Plans seperately with different packages.
but airtel website is waste nothing is there.

CC People is so pathetic to explain about packages.

I think we have to raise a complaint to them to modify there website.

Yup, you are right though about the website. It doesnt have the right kind of information or the way to access info is too complicated. They need to have a proper web based selfcare system too.
