No customer ID even recharge

I just recharge my account with 5999 package, but on my set up box I can not find customer id - it's show NA
now I afraid my money gone ..I got msg your recharge done
does anybody know how to enter customer id in set up box or how to activate account now ?
please share info if some one know

type your id here and see the results, it will show you the package and balance , if its all good then u don't need to worry about anything

stb takes time to get refreshed

I am also facing the same issue. Not sure if there is a bug. Mine is a new connection taken a month back.

Press menu/help/account information there you will find your customer id

I tried but still not show any balance still My account show 12.54 rupee and yesterday already paid for full package

Still nothing works result is same customer id still not show up nor this customer id have amy balances in account if check on your given link all it's show like there is 12 rupee balance
