Good news for the time being as there is big chaos all over,
All the service providers are talking in different voices and the consumer is clueless !!
Though there is general consensus that NCF alone is the biggest trouble maker.

TRAI can't achieve goal of 90% customers until next 6 month. There are many small towns where MSO(s) doesn't have proper equipments to implement new tariff.
