No Signal - What is TRAI regulation?

Hi,
I am having No Signal issue. Raised complaint and it has been more than 85 hrs and there is no resolution yet.

What can I do ?
TRAI's regulation is also doesn't explicitly say much -
it says no signal issue should be resolved within 24hrs for more than 90% of customers.
Isn't it no clear-cut, and takes side of operator rather than consumer ?

What can I do now ?

"Upgrade ki Commitment" Where the fcuk are those technicians who are missing their marriage to resolve customer issues ?:angry
 
write a mail to trai :(:(:(
n also write a strong complaint in consumer court

i m 100% sure it ll work

n last thing - u can also throw this in dustbin n can purchase a dth whose engineers n technicians r married men

LOL ... I will also write to TRAI to make mandatory for Operators to display this statistics on their website
 
Even I am now frustrated with TataSky no signal issue and their customer care response... Telephone line doesn't connect.... Talk online has queue 100 and closes automatically.... Created 3 requests on their website and all 3 are still open ....
 
I think they are not taking any calls.
Why I say is, I tried continuous 70 times, some of them disconnected due to busy tone. I tried waiting more than 15 mins and no response.

Same with Webchat, queue was 100.. and when my turn came and started chatting, after a while, representative started typing like "there is no response from you, hence I will disconnect the session" :clap

Actually, we could switch to other operator, but that is not solution.
We face this problem each n every day and they take us granted (any provider/seller not just DTH).
 
DTH portability is the solution. But when it will be possible, no one knows!
 
in that case DTH will loose customer to Cable as STB will not be subsidised by DTH company
 
DTH portability is not possible, due to STB.
TRAI hasn't mandated yet, using same protocol stack since it is difficult.

ya bapun bro i totally agree with u . but all dth compny don't think this type of solution.
 
Same here,More than 72 hours passed.No technician has given a visit yet.While calling the customer care they state that 'No Signal' problem will be resolved automatically.Then what is the need of technician? or how long can a customer wait?.CC is not recieving the calls and has become useless...
