Not getting Star Sports 1 HD even after adding Start Sports 1 Alacarte

Hi,
I just now added Start Sports1 alacarte. Even though I already have subscribed to HD Access Fee, I am not getting Start Sports 1 HD. Any information on this?

they are provifing star sports hd 1 for star sports 3, not with star sports1

You made a mistake... you should add SS3 (star cricket earlier) to get SS HD1 (star cricket hd earlier) :k

For Star sports HD 1 u need to have star sports 3

U hav to sub ss 3 to get ss hd 1. ....n ss 4 to get ss hd 2...........sorry but ur money got wasted. ...should always check b4 sub any channel

Call CC so that money isn't wasted change ss1 with SS3. U will get HD1. I think CC can change your a la carte. So give a try
