Not Getting SUN TV. ???

Guys i am not getting sun tv in my box..If i enter 702 it says "channel not availabe". do anyone facing the problem and if there is anyway to bring it back please let me know.....

Now the channel avail in my box but it says i am not subscribed to it. All other tamil channels are coming except sun tv. It says SMS ADD SUNTV to get the channel.... I am really confused. Is this a error or i really have to pay????

@ pravinraaj If your are from chennai and your free regional pack is tamil, then just call cc and complaint to them. Further help in this regard madhan, GSS bros and some tatasky experts may suggest you here. Please wait.

Same thing happend to surya tv once...channel is disappeared from favrt channel list..but later surya tv came back...

last night suntv transponder was changed thats may be ur getting this problem, try restarting your box

I think it is because of TP change.

I think where are you from isn't necessary, anyone can subscribe any regional pack of his choice. Isn't it ?:huh

If you have this channel in your pack then it is a technical problem from TS end and will be solved automatically. It happened in my case with some bengali channels few days back.

pravinraj last post 1.30 am. today morning no report about sun tv. it might be solved. tatasky tamil pack people should clear this.
