NTV Telugu channel not availble in platform

Ntv telugu channel not there in platform ch.759 and it early it updated ntv news and channel missing see guys in user settings(set fav) optiön
i am watching tv9 after just changed channel it showing maa movies,ntv not showing if directly press 759 channel not availble.many techinal problems in tatasky

Bt ntv not there if i press 759 ch nt availble.just i call ts care there telling go to set favorites select ntv as favorites it will come its working bt if after tv9 they showing maa movies only total techinal problem in ts

hello..do you understand what i am saying.this is not a problem ts, if so then why it is working fine with me? This is a problem in your stb.
If i press 759, then it directly going to ntv, even after tv9 also, it is showing ntv only.

So check it.problem from your side only
