Obviously the channel has somehow got deleted from your STB. Did you try restarting your STB after switching off from mains? Also do a service refresh by sending SMS SR to 56633 from your registered mobile.

i tried bro still not there in my Tatasky sd and hd both not coming even my frnd facing same problem.NTV channel missing today at 10:20 onwards before that NTV renamed as NTV NEWS i saw at 10am after 20mins ntv channel not showing in platform.if i press ch.759 channel not availble saying only one channel getting troblem

Perform a Master Reset [Factory Reset]to ur STB.. hope every thing will be fine after Master Reset..

So you are saying that you have 2 boxes and the problem is there in both boxes?
