On Demand Service Not Working

Hi guys,i had on demand topup in my account,but from today eve i am getting an error,not subscribed error 0D 001.I called cc,but those id*ots not aware wat is tis on demand,they are asking me to contact 198,for broadband isues,i dont know wat to do with this hepocrits cc

bro call cc ask them to connect to higher official...
they may solve your issue as they are quite knowledgeable......

gowrishankar bro pl try to under stand if u call cc and any one not know about on demand tv that doesn't mean that they people is stupid.
u say them if u not know pl transfer your call your senior or team leader.
