Dont know bro we have only few ROI customers in ddf and I hope in Sd also :D so answer from me may be @bishnu bro can answer for this ;)

Yeah its possible. But can choose maximum one free regional pack. Either Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam. :shy
