I've packed automatically change the d2 h. All channels were active. very bad service. i have lost Rs 126 :wall

if You have recharged via dealer,You should contact the dealer concerned. Dont blame D2h for it.your dealer might have recharged it wrongly.

If you just recharge your a/c for super gold pack & dealer changed the pack to platinum pack, then immediately check with the dealer.
Also complain to D2H CC/higher authorities by email with all your & dealer details. :hello
If you have not recharged recently then I dont think its possible for dealer to change the pack.
In that case, D2H is at fault. :k

They cann't just avoid responsibility & say that dealer has done something.
