Bro, Vendhar TV is not from PT... It is from outside of PT network and some kind of support from SRM group (PT) in the back end..

But PT is going to launch Puthu Yugam, a Tamil GEC channel soon.. May be from August 25..

i think PT launch this channel from august 25th,because they launch PT CHANNEL on that date.but puthu yugam channel launched before diwali 2013,its confirmed by puthiya thalaimurai itself
