Paraguayan mobile operator Personal has launched a pay- TV service through satellite technology, Telesemana reports. The new DTH offering includes prepaid and postpaid packages. The basic package includes 101 channels including 10 HD channels. The company also offers a package of 117 channels through an agreement with local operator TuVes. In the prepaid scheme, users will be able to acquire daily, weekly and monthly packages.
