as u know digitalization is mandatory from31 St 2015.and many people are not able to catch abs2 and eutelsat 70b only some people this is the part FDI.

If its illegal ; why DD Channels are added on this Satellite ?

yes u are right the coverage of abs2 is all over south that's why DD channel's r in one month fee is 5 to 6 lakh modi government is very keen for digitalization
