Actually there are many factors on quality, This is another discussion on quality & formats..

In my long Experience I had seen many Channels in "MPEG-2/MPEG-4 Formats on various satellites having best quality of CHS much better then some HD channels. The Movie is also very old so it also depend upon quality of Camera while shooting, So there is also lot of difference between quality of New Movies & Old one.
