now ur in home page of Tata sky

Second Step
Click here (see in pic) Red mark

THIRD STEP
Enter ur Tata sky ID or RMN

FOURTH STEP
Now your a/c opend nd click to "HELPDESK" OPTION

FIFTH STEP
When u click Helpdesk button than "PASSWORD" Option showing on th screen
nd Enter your OWN Password here

SIXTH STEP
now go to down th page nd see "WE ARE ONLINE" OPTION CLICK HERE.

SEVENTH STEP
Click th button of chat with tata sky Agent(Red Mark)

EIGHT STEP
NOW U R in Tata sky Chat page with remainig quiries
