Seeking Help Facing Problem in Doing Chat with Tata Sky CC in mytatasky.com

Hi everyone,

I use 2 tata sky HD box, Since last more than 1 week I am trying to chat with tata sky from mytatasky.com But whenever I type anything chat get disconnected automatically, I tries with all browser, even tried with VPN but nothing happening. Even my registered mail address has been removed from my account, whenever I try to update my mail address with any mail address it says technical error. I tried again & again but nothing happening, Can any1 facing the same issue? Can anyone help Plz...

I found that the new chat interface works properly only in Internet Explorer. In other browsers it doesn't work. Old chat interface was excellent.

I have 2 Tata HD, Both r registered by different name, So how can same problem happen in 2 account don't know..

No problem here in chrome 63 desktop. IF problem is same in all browser whether on mobile or PC then the only thing common is ISP, try on different ISP, if you are using Jio then try airtel/Vodafone etc
