no need of iptv box if you have smart tv then you can run on kodi and in PC many options likel VLC, Kodi etc.. :k

Its simple ...

1. Download VLC player
2. Goto Free IPTV - lists of IPTV Channels m3u
3. Copy and save the playlist from that site as *.m3u (VLC Playlist) file
4. Open the saved playlist file in VLC
5. By default the playlist moves over the playlist, so stick one channel click on second from right button at bottom of VLC

Problem is even if you have high speed broadband (I have 40 MBPS broadband) still pictures are freezing.
