Yes some good cartoon channels are there on 42*E like Disney, Manika go etc, Good luck for 36*E

No ABS-2 signal is not weak I am getting 72% with 68*E as prime, But only I got TP:12523 weak because of southern beam ok

11791 is 45%
11856 is 56%
12524 is 40%
12468 is 65%..
now, i am happy with 83 channels.. and 1-radio channel...hyahyahya
