Please advise which receiver you are using, because even 28% signal quality you are getting clear picture on tp 3894, earlier when I had that connection of IS-17, even 50-60% signal quality I was not getting pictures on that Tp.

I think its the second channel from SPV networks. May be a GEC as they have a news channel (GTV) already
