I am talking about pay channels, bro.
In New Delhi, I saw Siti Digital is offering following channels in Rs. 220 only along with all the Hindi channels, even more, that DTH offers in the same amount.

Couple of things are responsible that why DTH are costly:
1. Heavy Taxation from Govt.
2. Heavy Subscription charges from Broadcasters.
3. Less margin of carriage fee.
