Yes you will 100% get with 130 offset you need to use conical scalar rings in place of ordinary scalar rings

I have not seen hot channels on this Sat but you can see live feed of sports most of the days only you do a blind scan and you may find sports feed any time in HD.

Conical scalar rings are meant for using C band LNB in ku band offset dishes it is used to increase strength of signal...making proper beam of signal...

For 4' ofsat dish I think no scalar ring require because the focalpoint of this dish is very accurate & the diameter of normal ku band lnb scalar ring is smaller than the feedhon of c band lnb .Scalar rings are require for the big c band dishes which are not so accurate.
