yup... u r absolutely right.
Normally, such rings are used on prime focused dishes, bcoz there is substantial signal loss on prime focused dishes, bcoz of poor concentration on d lnb.
But offset dishes, have very less signal loss... and almost 99 % signals gets focused onto d lnb.
Thats why my 4 ft offset dish performs better than @fdl bro's 5 ft prime focused dish.
