Ok... Some info here. Its a Taiwan based channel it seems. And they have few encrypted SD channels for different genre. This is their first HD channel and hence might show mix content from all their channels

Videoland HD is a Japanese channel.... Baseball game is very popular in Japan as it is in US. Most of the japanese channels show Baseball premier leagues across the globe....
