Its very late by TATA(SKY they needs to launch this STB before Fifa World Cup. TATA(SKY needs to forget MPEG 4 boxes and needs to think for 8K, 16K, 32K STB.

Bro Tatasky don't have broadcasting right, they are service provider. So if they contact directly to fifa for 4k they cannot downlink the feed in India

Tatasky can forget MPEG 4 , because they are selecting 4K STB , which is using HEVC.
It's the successor to MPEG 4. & upto 50% bandwidth saving compared to proceeder.
