They did not fix mine. I am still getting that problem. Also even if the box is covered under warranty, they still ask for technician charge. I have paid once. Only 1st month is free. So Their normal HD box is better.Its common problem in Xtreme technician will do their best, my brother Xtreme box also having same problem after technician visit all problem solved, Xstreme box having one year warranty so you can complaint for new box brother.
