hi iamkaka do you received badar 5 signal
on sunday they are showing three id*ots
on irib 3

elevation 25.27deg
azimuth 248.09 deg

offset
elevetion -0.57 deg
azimuth 248.09 deg

LNB tilt -54.65

your dish is at this position (45deg)

elevation 41.11deg
azimuth 231.85 deg

now move your dish to right (very slightly around 1.1 inch)
then move the face of dish downwards (very slightly around 0.8-1.1 inch)
then tilt LNB -54.65

One more thing if you are using satellite meter needle moves very slightly
but after scanning i got very good signal around 60-65%
