Hi, I am Avanish from Bhopal(M.P) i have complaint against my Set top box to Adtv Customer care on 25.10.2014 in evening they replied that on 27.10.2014 will replace your set top box after that in the evening of 27.10.2014 i saw my account balance debit to Rs 750 then i called to cc they said your set top box is replace so this amt is deducted then i am saying i have not received set top box yet ,so guys pls help me what can i do please give your suggestion immediately
