See this is the 12/4 schedule it shows. But not aired it was strange.

I have 2 questions:

1. Why Jungle Book is being telecasted with black bars on top and bottom? Black bars are shown generally when HD content are downscaled for SD channels. But Jungle book is so old and at that time no HD technology existed. So why are they showing it with black bars?

2. How can DD National show private channels programs like Chhota Bheem? Did they put pressure on Pogo? Or they are paying Pogo for it?

They are paying POGO in same way they for Saraswatichandra and other sports telecast.
