DTH updates Popular Pack subscribers shifted to Gold Lite Pack

Cine active is part of gold lite. When I was use this pack I got d2h movies and d2h classic

I don't know of other packs but I am getting Cine Active in Gold Lite Pack and CC also confirmed me the same.

We would like to inform you that “Popular” package has been discontinued and no more available for subscription, hence your base package has been migrated to “Gold Lite”. Please note that monthly subscription of Gold Lite Pack is Rs 215 (Including 18% GST). Further we (1/2)

Today I have seen that my Base Pack automatically changed to Gold Lite Pack from Popular Pack. So I have called CC regarding same than he told me following :-

1. Popular Base Pack of Rs. 200 pm discontinued for existing subscribers,

2. All Existing Subscribers are changed to Gold Lite Pack of Rs. 215 pm (incl of GST),

3. Increase of Rs.15 pm will be applicable after current due date i.e. Price Protection will be there,

4. Subscribers will get three new channels:- Cine Active, Disney XD and Channel V.

But popular is still visible on videocon d2h site
