I think NTO 2.0 apply to all broadcasters in upcoming time, broadcasters are also wait for amending the price and new policy to there channels and also Prasar Bharati to revise his policy, term n condition that will may to come happiness for Freedish viewers if price for bidding and revised policy will reliable to broadcasters.
