Searched & found that it's the same Hindi news channel which was running on Sarv dharm sangam slot from 9pm to 12am & later launched using the license of Yo Tv but after few months it shutdowned & a Kannada news channel started using it's license which never launched.
Now as said by @Deep.S bro, a Punjabi channel will use it's license.
