They are doing realignment only in South states. It doesn't seem to be complete shifting to ST2. New satellite also coming up in 95e position, DishTV has more TPs in this new SES-12 than the old NSS-6. They are certainly continuing in both satellite slots (and 93.5E Gsat-15)

in North realignment doesn't make any sense because for a north user more channels are available at 95East than ST2
