Are these Lite Packs standalone, or they have to be taken with some base pack. Also, I presume the prices quoted are excluding NCF. Am I right?

Yes these are standalone packs and prices don't include NCF, there are no base packs after TRAI rules.

Not all packs will come down only lite packs or metro packs

anyone please check how much they are charging for metro packs?

If u Change the pack the NCF charge is Rs. 114/- Only

Already they increased nearly 35 to 40 rs for lite packs .If they decrease ncf to 114 means the same 199 something only will come . If the ncf of 114 is also applicable for all Broadcaster Bouquets also means its fine
