I recently upgraded to Tata sky binge plus box and facing a big video hanging issue in prime video and YouTube video even doesn't start and it only buffers everytime. I'm using Airtel fibrenet 5ghz WiFi with more than 100mbps speed. I've also tested by using my friend's amazon fire stick and everything works so well without any hanging. I tried contacting customer care but they only provide me basic troubleshooting steps like clear data and reboot and hearing the same from them again and again. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
