Black bars on an English movie channel?
Personally I love black bars.

Not all movies / shows are shot in 16:9 aspect ratio. Many are shown in 2:35 or in 2.40 aspect ratio.

Look up in the IMDb regarding aspect ratio of various movies.

It's nothing like shock other channels like Star Movies HD, Le Plex HD etc also shows movies with black bars. As @bandelguy said it depends upon movies

The problem with all the movies however good is that they are censored too much. Even though star movies select play good selection of movies, because they are censored, we cant connect with the movies. Better to watch it on amazon prime or netflix
