problem with channels of tp 11546(H)

Problematic tp is 11546(H) itself but if it is showing no signal it shows tp 11609(V).

Problem is there from the day stb was brought, for almost 1 year.Till now no improvement, very disappointed.I did whatever i could to solve this but no effect.

Almost 1 year :skd,bro just try to install the software,if not working properly,register the complaint through cc,technician will check the stb:k

Stb shows signal quality of 75% and strength is full, both are in gree colour but some tps have only 50% as quality but it becomes 75% after a while. my stb's software was updated 2 times by OTA but still the problem persists. Is it a problem with my LMB.

Bro its not software problem, its your D2h dish & Lnb position problem, So please change your dish & Lnb position (tune your Dish + LNB) :k then you will get more signal :tup

Sir, I tried dish alignment even if it shows good
signal,problem is still there, is it a problem with lmb skew angle?

It's not a software problem.

1. Peak the azimuth
2.Peak the elevation
3. Adjust skew to correct value
4. If problem not solved replace LNB and recheck.

I have a same problem from last 7-8 Months at 11546 H TP but i my stb problem pesists only when anyone using mobile near stb
