I never claim Sony Pal to be FTA. But my question is that if Channels like Star Utsav, DD -India etc can be added on sun direct then why not Sony Pal ? Simple question, so provide me simple answer.

So the simple answer is that Sun Direct is for South customers, not ROI.

I think sony pal will be added on dishtv.. because in pic there is a logo of siti cable..so if channel will be added in siti cable then it will be added on Dishtv also as both are owned by essel group...

ya gud observation... but carriage fees is different for cable n dth.

Why u all Digging SUNDIRECT...
before changing Measat sundirect is no 1 in Roi
after the satelite change they have less Tp 's
That's why they are concentrating South only...
Afer getting the 9 tp's. then u all see Sun will add all South ROI channels....Wait and see.......

What type of dth sun direct? Local cable tv is much better than sun! They provide hindi channels! No TLC, Bindass, Zee News, Good Times, Zindagi! At first they will add these type of popular channels, then Sony Pal!

The pics suggest it will not be available on Sun Direct also apart from Dish TV, Zing Digital & DD Free Dish. So it will be available on only 50% of total dths available on India - Tata, Airtel, D2H & Reliance. Does it make sense as they claimed to make it available on all 8 dths ?????????? :angry :angry One must not forget Sun, Zing, DD Free Dish are also dths. When Zee Anmol, Rishtey, Zindagi was launched that time also it was not added on Sun Direct. Why this partiality towards Sun ??????? Any specific reason ??????? I am fed up ! :wall

Does Zing has separate DTH license ? :huh If not why should we consider it as a separate DTH ?

Mod he is defaming a DTH which is against forum rules. I have been once banned for the same reason hope similar action against him. Firosh bro dont use harsh words against any dth. :no Hope u understand. In a public forum like this dont defame any dth. I tell u then ur stay in this forum wont be too long.

Great news for Tata sky users hya, but Tata sky pls wake up and add some more channels like Sony Pix HD, Animal Planet HD etc, only 1 channel addition is not enough for us.

Problem of Tata Sky can never be solved unless they change the approach. Just think, they have dropped showcase 3d so surely they have some space...but they did not add sony pix hd...deficit of hd channels is 14-15 channels and they are not bothered...many important music channels missing for years now...so even if they get space, it is about attitude and approach...for example there is never a delay in adding SWP HD, HBO HD, CNBC HD etc...so you can understand whether space is a prob or something else...
